1. Company information

2. The Platform

The Platform allows professional drivers to create profiles and allows transport companies to search and contact drivers. Features may include document uploads, calendars, messaging and paid subscription tiers. We may modify features with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to contract.
• You must provide accurate, current information and keep your account secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Drivers

Drivers are responsible for the accuracy of licence, CPC and experience information. You grant us a licence to display your profile and documents to companies in accordance with Platform settings. You must not misrepresent qualifications or right to work in the UK. Companies are responsible for conducting their own vetting before employment or engagement.

5. Companies

Companies must use the Platform lawfully and in compliance with UK employment, agency, immigration and transport regulations. Premium or paid features may be required to access full contact details. Fees, where charged, will be shown before purchase. Subscription terms apply to the plan selected at checkout.

6. Fees and payment

Where paid services are offered, prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by third-party providers; their terms also apply. Refunds are only given where required by law or expressly stated in the offer.

7. Intellectual property

The Platform, branding, software and content (excluding user content) are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, scrape or reverse engineer the Platform except as permitted by law. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display it for Platform operation.

8. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, that any user will find work or staff, or the accuracy of user-generated content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties of satisfactory quality and fitness for purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under UK law. Subject to that:

• We are not liable for loss of profits, business, data or indirect or consequential loss.
• Our total liability to you for claims arising in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of £100 or the fees you paid us in that period for the Platform.

These limits apply whether liability arises in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or unlawful dealings with other users (except where caused by our negligence or breach).

11. Third-party links

The Platform may link to third-party sites (e.g. social media). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

12. Complaints and disputes

Contact info@jobs-drivers.co.uk with complaints. We will try to resolve issues informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction where mandatory consumer rights apply.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Check this page regularly.
