Do I have to pay to register?
No. Company registration is completely free. You can search drivers, view previews and message through the platform before upgrading.
When am I charged for Premium?
Only when you choose to upgrade from your company dashboard. You pay upfront by card for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months — there is no automatic monthly subscription trap.
What happens when my prepaid period ends?
Premium access ends until you purchase another term. Your Free account remains: you can still search drivers and use previews, but phone, email, full profiles, calendars and document downloads lock immediately until you renew.
Is there a discount for longer terms?
Yes — the per-month rate decreases when you prepay for 3, 6 or 12 months. See the pricing table below for exact totals (ex-VAT).
Does VAT apply?
All prices are shown in GBP excluding VAT. VAT at 20% is added at Stripe checkout where applicable. Invoices are available from your dashboard after payment.
