Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users of Jobs Drivers. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions. Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.
1. You must not
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose under UK law
- Post false, misleading or fraudulent licence, CPC or employment information
- Harass, threaten or discriminate against other users
- Upload malware, spam or offensive content
- Scrape, harvest data or circumvent access controls (including paid features)
- Share login credentials or impersonate another person or business
- Contact users for purposes unrelated to legitimate driver recruitment
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others
2. Driver-specific rules
Drivers must only upload documents they are entitled to share and must have valid right to work in the UK where required. Availability and qualifications must be kept up to date.
3. Company-specific rules
Companies must use driver data only for legitimate recruitment and in compliance with UK GDPR. You must not resell driver data or use it for unrelated marketing.
4. Reporting
Report abuse to info@jobs-drivers.co.uk. We may investigate and cooperate with law enforcement where necessary.
